Privacy policy

This is a draft. A lawyer still needs to review it before Arcglade uses it in public.

Arcglade is a creature adventure for children ages 6 to 12. This website talks to grown-ups. We do not ask children to give us information, and we do not collect a child's name, age, birthday, or email.

What the launch list is for

Grown-ups can ask for an email when Arcglade opens. If you use the form, the list would store:

• Your email address
• Whether you are a parent or caregiver, a teacher or educator, or another adult
• Your confirmation that you are 18 or older
• Your agreement to get launch emails, and the wording you agreed to

We would use that only to email you about the launch and the occasional news you agreed to. Every email would include a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell email addresses.

What this website does not do

This website does not use advertising trackers, ad pixels, or analytics cookies. When the list is switched on, the form will use a Cloudflare check to block junk signups. That check is a security tool, not an ad.

The list is not on yet

The form is on the home page, but nothing saves your email yet. Sending the form will not add you to a list until the signup service is built and this policy has been reviewed.
